There's the Penisaurus from Flesh Gordon.
There are the borg-esque Cyclops from City of the Lost Children.
You could maybe say Maximillian from The Black Hole.
The robots that invade the airfield in Sky Captain and the World of Tomorrow.
R2-D2 from Star Wars.
The Drone's from Silent Running, though what looks like an eye is more like a light.

Hmm,never thought of Starro as a cyclops as starfish don't really have eyes in the same since that we do. (they do have an eye at the end of each arm that sees light but not really images like our eyes do)

But hey, if Jim says Starro is a cyclops; Starro is a cyclops!

I put Starro on there because when people are "possessed" by Starros, they look like cyclops.
